Child Birth Workshop | $100

This one day workshop is designed to be focused on you AND your partner. Were going to provide you both with information and skills to make sure you are both prepared for the birth. We will discuss the best ways that your partner can support the birthing parent while they labor and provide usable tools to help them through.

Topics covered: Common birth terminology, stages of labor and what to expect, our favorite comfort measures, pain management options, and realities of postpartum recovery.
